Just wanted to say "Thank You" again for the excellent presentation you gave us last evening.  I've had so many comments today, all very positive and the consensus seems to be that it was an extremely interesting talk and everyone learned a great deal.  They also thought you were a very good speaker, which helped to keep their interest on a complicated subject all the way through. Many people today, including me, are looking at their apartments with new eyes, thanks to you.

For the past 18 months, I had been in a major rut.  I had a terrible break up with a boyfriend of 5 years, money problems, health issues and I cried almost every day.  It was as if there was a black cloud over my head.  I tried everything under the sun to help lift this cloud.  I tried therapy, self help books, support groups, positive thinking, exercise, yoga, meditation and even medication.  Nothing seemed to be working.
